After more than four decades leading technology and business organizations, William Blum brings practical executive experience to the challenges of organizational growth. His experience spans technology leadership, operations, sales, customer success, project management, organizational development, and building high-performing teams.

During my career I spent time leading teams in large organizations like Siebel, Citrix, and SAP.  I ran a small business for 7 years. I also have experiences in small, start-up organizations.  I have been a part of very strong management teams and also experienced organizations with weak leadership and decision making.  In all of my career experiences I learned about the importance of strong leadership, keeping an emphasis on discipline and focusing on growth in terms of people, performance and results.

Today, organizations are investing heavily in AI, but technology alone doesn't improve performance. Sustainable results come from leaders who know how to integrate AI into sound operational decisions. I was recently part of a high performing team that learned how to leverage AI in moving the business forward.
